MARKETING AND NETWORK
The corporate rudder hinges on work of Marketing and Network area (Andrea Stolfa) which defines the Company's current strategy.
The department comprises three units. Network & Fleet Management (Andrea Andorno) harmonizes fleet deployment with the Company's destination network and flight schedules. Revenue Management (Andrea Gasparri) works to maximize revenues by calibrating fares to varying market conditions; Network Agreements (Aureliano Cicala) manages code-sharing and other accords with non-Group carriers, in line with Alitalia's alliance strategy.
