Sales Commercial sales in Italy and abroad, direct sales
Purchasing and supply management Procurement to support all Company departments, monitoring supplies, developing the e-supply chain
Auditing and security Evaluating the internal control system (auditing), managing the security control system
Marketing and businessstrategies Strategic marketing, network and fleet planning, network agreements, revenue management and distribution systems, marketing management, customer relations and customer satisfaction
Production Managing aeronautical quality systems, configuration and monitoring of industrial systems, planning and programming operations, engineering and managing aeronautical maintenance, dealing with flight and ground operations, contacts with customers, operational coordination
Engineering & Maintenance: maintenance of aircraft and components. Overhauling and inspecting engines. Quality.
Information Technology defining IT and governance strategies, running ICT projects, software architecture, IT security
External relations and communications Internal and institutional communications, relations with the media, corporate image and sponsorship, institutional relations
Administration and finance, management control, legal Planning and budgeting, monitoring administrative processes, balance sheets and fiscal policy, planning and managing financial resources, risk analysis, insurance
Human resources Selection, management, training, managerial courses, talent spotting, organization, industrial relations with ground and flight staff, training
The profile were looking for
Degrees: economics, engineering (business, mechanical, aeronautical, electronic, aerospace), computer sciences, statistics, jurisprudence, communication sciences
Languages: good knowledge of English (written and spoken)Computer skills: good knowledge of PCs and the main Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
