Our attention to flights begins in the hangar or in the airport, where highly specialised personnel, certified in accordance with international air transportation safety regulations, ensure the efficiency of aircraft and the safety of ground and flight operations. Our passenger-centred approach is likewise reflected in the ongoing and rigorous training that our pilots and flight attendants undergo so that they can offer maximum professionalism onboard all our flights.
