Alitalia today launched a new global promotional campaign in 30 countries with flight tickets available for sale until February 2 for travel in 2016.

The airline has on offer in Italy more than 1.36 million seats at promotional fares for domestic and international flights.

Fares will include all taxes and fees and start at €36 for one-way travel between Rome and Brindisi, and €39 for one-way flights between Rome and Bari or Milan Linate and Comiso.

European flights start from €55 for one-way travel from Rome to Barcelona or Valencia and from €79 to London.

Long-haul economy class flights start from €375 for round trip flights between Milan and New York and from €479 to Brazil or Japan. Premium economy class tickets to Santiago, Alitalia’s new intercontinental destination to start in May, are on sale from €1,199, while those who are keen to fly in Alitalia’s long-haul business class service will find promotional fares starting from €1,647 to New York or €2,129 to Buenos Aires.

And thanks to Alitalia's partnership with Etihad Airways, the 2016 sales campaign also allows travellers to purchase between 22-31 January numerous flights at discounted fares from Italy, via Abu Dhabi, to the Far East and Australia.

Travellers can reach Bangkok from €434 and Melbourne from €934 (round-trip economy class tickets, all taxes included), or Kuala Lumpur from €1,676 and the Maldives from €1,799 (round-trip business class tickets, all taxes included).

The airline's global sales campaign will be supported by an advertising campaign throughout Italy and overseas markets including the USA, Russia and Brazil.

All flights are available for immediate sale on the airline's website alitalia.com, via Alitalia Customer Call Centres, airport ticket offices or travel agencies. alitalia.com also has a dedicated page for more information, offer details, terms and conditions.
