CENTRALISED SERVICES AND ICT
The CentralisedServices area has a workforce of about 500 people, mostly in Rome with some in Naples and Milan. It deals with various activities mainly in the field of administration and accounting, and supports the admin offices, management of personnel, IT systems and Call Centres. The services are supplied both externally (e.g. general accounting for customers) and within the Company (e.g. dealing with pay packets for personnel).
The IT & Telecommunication Services area organises and runs the telecommunications network, and provides assistance, maintenance and technical support for IT systems. It is also responsible for managing the entire infrastructure of servers, data processing centre (CED) and centralised services. It provides the main web services (via the Internet and Intranet) which concern Company departments and external users who access them. | | |
